"For we are laborers together with God." I Corinthians 3:9
Our History
Fort Graham Baptist Church was named for an earlier pioneer church that disbanded due to the failing Fort Graham community in the early 1940's. Its heritage continues within our church family. Of more than 100 church works begun in the 20th century in Hill County, Fort Graham is one of the few to have survived more than 25 years.

Begun in August of 1977 as a mission of First Baptist Church, Whitney, Northlake Baptist Mission was organized October 9, 1977. Allan Lane was called to be the mission pastor in January 1978.

Fort Graham Baptist Church constituted on Sunday, October 7, 1979 with 64 members.

The church's sanctuary, dedicated in September 1992, was erected by the West Texas Church Builders from Snyder, Texas.

In 1998, the church acquired 4.5 acres of property east of the sanctuary to provide parking for the 13,000 square foot educational building that was built in 1999. In 2005, the church purchased an additional 6.5 acres immediately north of the new educational building.

During August 2003 to August 2004, the church was blessed to baptize more than 50 individuals in a one year period.

Fort Graham Baptist Church has sponsored outreach work at Town Hall Estates Nursing Home, Park Plaza Nursing Home, and Thousand Trails RV Preserve. It sponsored Southlake Baptist Church and began the weekly Bible Study that has become White Bluff Chapel. Each year, our congregation participates in the Baptist Church Builders of Texas as we erect mission churches throughout the midwest.

Fort Graham continues in its vision of reaching out to the community as a place of hope and healing. We look forward to the future that God has prepared. Thank you for being a part of what God is doing as we begin a new day together.
